Dairy Free Cilantro Jalapeño Ranch

Ok, so I was about to make a classic dairy free ranch, my favorite recipe being from Against All Grain but I was out of parsley!  I always have cilantro on hand and decided to use what I had and switch it up since I was planning to use the ranch for a taco salad. The end result was delicious that I thought I’d share!

Dairy Free Cilantro Jalapeño Ranch

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil based mayo
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced fine)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • 1/2 jalapeno (seeded and minced)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients and store in the fridge for up to a week.

Make sure your mayo is sugar free if using for Whole30
