Meal Plan: January 8th

New Year, new name, new website! You guys this has taken me forever to accomplish and it’s still a work in progress but after a couple weeks off from posting meal plans I’m back! As you know by now I’m doing my annual January Whole30 so all the recipes will reflect that. I’ll be posting two new recipes from me this week as well as adding two from other sources. I hope you all enjoy the new format and find it easier to access recipes when planning your meals. Here’s to the new year! May it be filled with lots of delicious dishes!

> Breakfast for dinner or meal prep for breakfast you decide. Its another new one and I’m loving it.

Friday: One Skillet Crispy Chicken Thighs with Harissa

> I love one skillet dishes and combined with the fact that I just found some really awesome Whole30 compliant harissa sauce from a brand called Mina it was a no brainer.
